Richard Starks (born February 21, 1990) is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is a former one-time AEW World Tag Team Champion and a former one-time FTW Champion. He also makes appearances on the independent circuit for promotions such as Game Changer Wrestling (GCW). Starks is also known for his time with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), where he was the inaugural winner of the revived NWA World Television Championship.
