Riley McGowan Moore[1] (born July 1, 1980)[2][3] is an American politician who has served as West Virginia State Treasurer since January 2021. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented district 67 in the West Virginia House of Delegates. In 2024, Moore was elected to the United States House of Representatives representing West Virginia's 2nd congressional district.
