Roberta L. Shea (born c. 1967) is a United States Marine Corps lieutenant general who has served as the commander of United States Marine Corps Forces Command since August 6, 2024.[1] She previously served as the legislative assistant to the commandant of the Marine Corps from 2021 to 2024 and commanding general of the 1st Marine Logistics Group from 2019 to 2021.
