Rolf Jacobsen (30 November 1865 – 22 February 1942) was a Norwegian jurist and politician for the Liberal Party. He was a mayor of Narvik Municipality, two-term member of the Parliament of Norway as well as Minister of Defence from 1924 to 1926.
