The Diocese of Matamoros (Latin: Dioecesis Matamorensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church in the northeast part of the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico, along the border with Texas. The diocese is a suffragan in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Monterrey.
