Rory Butcher (born 16 March 1987) is a British racing driver from Kirkcaldy,[2] Scotland, currently competing in the British Touring Car Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing UK, having made his debut in the BTCC for Motorbase Performance in August 2017.[3] Butcher has also competed in several other series during his career, including the Scottish Formula Ford Championship, the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain, the British Formula Ford Championship, the British GT Championship and the European Le Mans Series.
His old teammate and pal for all those years, Matt Neal, is still at Team Dynamics, driving his Honda Civic Type R and will be competing as usual at the Fife track but there too, will be Rory Butcher, his brother-in-law, driving for another stable, Team AmD with AutoAid/RCIB Insurance Racing in his MG.
