Rosario Silva de Lapuerta (born 15 June 1954 in Madrid) is a Spanish jurist who served as a judge at the European Court of Justice (CJEU)[1] between 7 October 2003[2] and 7 October 2021 and since 9 October 2018 as a Vice-President of the CJEU.
