Rose Chan (18 April 1925[1] – 26 May 1987) was a Chinese-born cabaret dancer turned "Queen of Striptease" in her adopted homeland of Malaysia.[2] Her exploitation of her sexuality garnered her considerable controversy.[4] Her philanthropy[5] gained her the moniker the "Charity Queen".[6][7]
