Mohd Rozan bin Haji Mohd Yunos (born 10 July 1963), pen name Rozan Yunos, is a retired civil servant who worked for the Brunei government from 1987 until 2017. In addition to serving as permanent secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports, and the Ministry of Development, he has held a number of other positions. As of 2023, he is an adjunct professor at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam's Centre for Lifelong Learning.[1]
