Ruan Chengfa (Chinese: 阮成发; born 10 October 1957) is a Chinese politician who served as Communist Party Secretary and Governor of Yunnan, and before that, Communist Party Secretary of Wuhan, mayor of Huangshi, head of the General Office of the Hubei Provincial Government, vice governor of Hubei, and party chief of Xiangfan. Ruan is an alternate member of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
