Ruslan Leonidovich Leviev (Russian: Руслан Леонидович Левиев, surname at birth - Karpuk; born August 22, 1986, in Bikin, Khabarovsk Krai, RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian opposition activist, military analyst and founder of the investigative group Conflict Intelligence Team.
