Ryan David Pontbriand (born October 1, 1979) is an American former professional football player who was a long snapper and center in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Rice Owls and was selected in the fifth round of the 2003 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns. He has the distinction of being the highest-drafted pure long snapper in the history of the NFL draft.^[1]
