Sacramento State University Library is the central library for the campus of California State University, Sacramento. With over 1.4 million volumes,[1] it is the third largest library in the California State University.[3][2] It is part of the California State Depository Library Program.[4] The library features 79 private study rooms, 4 meeting rooms, and 14 instructional classrooms.[2] The library houses 200 public access research computer stations, 120 faculty/staff personal computers, and 5 computer classrooms ranging in capacities of 40 to 100.[5] There are currently 27 full-time librarians and 34 library assistants.[2] The library also features a number of group study rooms, individualized private rooms for graduate students, and individual study lounges.[6]
