Said Ahmad (10 June 1920, Tashkent, Uzbek SSR – 5 December 2007, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) was an Uzbek Soviet writer and playwright.[3] He was awarded the title of "Hero of Uzbekistan" (1999), People's Writer of Uzbekistan, Honored "Artist of Uzbekistan", and was a recipient of the orders "Buyuk xizmatlari uchun" and "Do'stlik".[4][5][6]
