Saint-Germain-sous-Cailly (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ ʒɛʁmɛ̃ su kaji], literally Saint-Germain under Cailly) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in north-western France.
Its castle was the burial place of Ogier Ghiselin de Busbecq.
