Alena, also known as Alène[1] or Alina,[2] is a Christian saint who was martyred around the year 640.[1] She is sometimes referred to as Alena of Forest,[2] Alena of Brussels,[3] or Alena of Belgium,[4] having died in Forest, Belgium, which is now one of the nineteen municipalities of Brussels.
