Samuel Mayorga Garza Jr. (born July 10, 1965) is an American former professional football quarterback in the National Football League (NFL) for the St. Louis Cardinals. He also was a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Ottawa Rough Riders in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at UTEP.
