Sandie Okoro OBE (born 1964)[1] is a British lawyer who serves as general counsel of Standard Chartered Bank,[2] and Chancellor of the University of Birmingham.

She previously served as senior vice-president and general counsel at the World Bank Group.[3] She has previously been general counsel at Barings Asset Management, and head of legal at Schroders Investment Management International.[4][5]
