Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah (born September 13, 1980) is a Ghanaian transformational coach, mBIT trainer, mBIT Master Coach, corporate trainer, consultant, author,[1] and columnist.[2][3][4][5] In 2019, he became a Fellow of the Crans Montana Forum (CMF), an international organization based in Switzerland.[6] In 2023, he became the first graduate globally to become a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom.[7] He is the world's first Black professional mBIT Trainer in Africa.[8] He is also the lead trainer and consultant at Zoweh Global Consult and since 2024, he has been the President of the ICF Ghana Chapter[9][10][11]

Scofray serves as the President of Eastern Konnect, a network connecting alumni associations in the Eastern Region of Ghana.[12]
