The Sears Women's Classic was a golf tournament on the LPGA Tour from 1971 to 1974.[1] It was played at the Port St. Lucie Country Club, Sinners Course in Port St. Lucie, Florida. In 1971, the format was 54 holes of stroke play.[2] From 1972 to 1974, the format changed to two rounds of match play to reduce the field from 64 to 16 players, followed by one round of stroke play.[3][4][5]
