Semen Yosypovich Appatov (January 24, 1930 – March 26, 2003) was an international historian, political scientist. Doctor of historical sciences (1981), professor (1982), honored worker of science and technology of Ukraine (1993), member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (1964).[1][2]
