Semara is a village in Ghazipur district, Uttar Pradesh, India. Sadhobur village, also known as Rampur, is located across the Ganges opposite Semara. These villages are jointly called Rampur-Semara by the locals. Semara village comes under Sherpur gram panchayat of Mohammadabad tehsil.
