Sergey Yevgenyevich Tsivilyov (Russian: Сергей Евгеньевич Цивилёв; born 21 September 1961) is a Russian statesman, politician, economist and former military officer who is currently serving as the Minister of Energy of Russia since 14 May 2024.
Previously, he served as 3rd Governor of Kemerovo Oblast from September 2018 to May 2024.[1] He is the member of the Bureau of the Supreme Council of the United Russia party.[2]
