Shalom Cohen (Hebrew: שלום כהן, born 1955) is an Israeli diplomat who served as ambassador to Egypt, a post he held from 2005 to 2010, and is now the ambassador to the South Pacific, in New Zealand.[1] Before that, he was chairman for the Israeli mission in Tunis from 1996 to 2000, and worked at the Arab Maghreb department at the Israeli foreign ministry from 2000 to 2003.
From 2014 to 2015, Cohen was Ambassador to Kenya.[2]
