Shawn Z. Tarrant (born July 30, 1965) is an American politician who represented the 40th legislative district in the Maryland House of Delegates from 2007 to 2015.^[1] Tarrant was a member of the House Health and Government Operations Committee, Insurance Subcommittee and secretary to the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.
