Shehyni (Ukrainian: Шегині, Polish: Szeginie) is a village of Yavoriv Raion in Lviv Oblast of western Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Shehyni rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.^[1] Located at the border with Poland, it is best known as the site of the Medyka-Shehyni (border checkpoint).
