The Silverdome, Australia's first indoor velodrome,[1] is an indoor sporting and entertainment venue located in Launceston, Tasmania built in 1984. The capacity of the venue is 5,000.[2]

The Silverdome in Launceston, Tasmania, hosted several renowned artists during its operation. Notable performers included Van Halen, Elton John, Bob Dylan, 1927, Jimmy Barnes, and Bryan Adams. These concerts were significant events in the venue's history
