Singapore sent a delegation to compete at the 2023 SEA Games held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia from 5 to 17 May 2023.

The team were led by chef-de-mission Dr Hing Siong Chen, a member of the Singapore National Olympic Council’s (SNOC) Executive Committee and President of the Singapore Cycling Federation, assisted by deputies Mr Lim Tong Hai and Ms Jasmine Yeong-Nathan – both were national representatives in football and bowling respectively.^[1]
