Solar Opposites is an American adult animated science-fiction sitcom created by Justin Roiland and Mike McMahan for Hulu.[2] Originally created for the Fox Broadcasting Company, the project was shelved before being bought by Hulu and given a two-season order consisting of eight episodes each with the first season premiering on May 8, 2020. In October 2022, the series was renewed for a fifth season which premiered on August 12, 2024.[3] In July 2024, the series was renewed for a sixth season.[4]
