Sorbet (/ˈsɔːrb, ˈsɔːrbət/, US also /sɔːrˈb/)[1] is a frozen dessert made using ice combined with fruit juice, fruit purée, or other ingredients, such as wine, liqueur, or honey. Generally, sorbets do not contain dairy products.
