Sovetsk (Russian: Сове́тск; German: Tilsit [ˈtɪlzɪt] ;[8] Old Prussian: Tilzi; Lithuanian: Tilžė) is a town in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, located on the south bank of the Neman River which forms the border with Lithuania.
