Sowmaeh-ye Olya (Persian: صومعه عليا)[a] is a village in Barvanan-e Sharqi Rural District of Sowmaeh District, Torkamanchay County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district[4] and the rural district.[5]
