Genus of bacteria
Sporobacterium is a Gram-positive , strictly anaerobic and chemoorganotrophic bacterial genus from the family of Lachnospiraceae with one known species (Sporobacterium olearium ).[ 1] [ 2] [ 3] [ 4] [ 5] Sporobacterium olearium produces methanethiol .[ 5] [ 6]
