Spring Hill is a city in Johnson and Miami counties in the U.S. state of Kansas,[1] and part of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 7,952,[3][4] and was estimated to be 9,242 in 2022.[5]
