Springhill Township is a township in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,726 at the 2020 census.[2] The Albert Gallatin Area School District serves the region.

Unincorporated communities in the township include Friendship Heights, White House, McKinley Hill, Sprucetown, Nilan, and Gans.
