A spritzer (German: [ˈʃpʁɪt͡sɐ] ^ⓘ) is a tall, chilled drink, usually made with white wine and carbonated water or sparkling mineral water. Fermented simple syrup can be used instead of white wine to keep it sweet but flavor neutral.
