Stadtprozelten is a town and municipality in the Miltenberg district in the Regierungsbezirk of Lower Franconia (Unterfranken) in Bavaria, Germany[3] and the seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft (municipal association) of Stadtprozelten.
A traditional, mainly Catholic town, it is known to its inhabitants as Stadtprozle.
