The Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1973[a] (c. 39) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, which implemented recommendations contained in the fourth report on statute law revision,[1] by the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission.[2]
This Act was partly in force in Great Britain at the end of 2010.[3]
