Stephen James Metcalfe HonFIET[3] (born 9 January 1966) is a Conservative Party politician, who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for South Basildon and East Thurrock from 2010 to 2024. He sat on the Science, Innovation and Technology Select Committee[4] and served as chair.
