Stephen Clarence Bloomer (25 November 1909 – 25 July 1943) was an Australian rules footballer who played with North Melbourne, Carlton and Essendon in the Victorian Football League (VFL),[1] and with Port Melbourne in the Victorian Football Association (VFA).
