Stephen Skeates (/skts/;[1][2] January 29, 1943[3] – March 30, 2023[4]) was an American comic book creator known for his work on such titles as Aquaman, Hawk and Dove, T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents, and Plop! He also wrote under the pseudonyms Chester P. Hazel[5] and Warren Savin.[3]
