Stracciatella di bufala (Italian: [strattʃaˈtɛlla di ˈbuːfala]) is a cheese produced from Italian buffalo milk in the province of Foggia, located in the Apulia region of Italy, using a stretching (pasta filata) and a shredding technique.[1][2]
