Stuart Rose (designer)

Thomas Stuart Rose (London, 2 October 1911 – 10 September 1993, Coggeshall)[1] CBE was the first Design Director to the British Post Office 1968-76. In 1974 he was awarded the Phillips Gold Medal for stamp design and was appointed CBE the same year.
