Supha Sangaworawong (Thai: ศุภ สง่าวรวงศ์, former name: Ravipon Sangaworawong), widely known as Est (Thai: เอส), was born on May 19, 2001. He is a Thai actor and a competitive swimmer, representing the Thai national team.
At the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in 2023, Supha made history by helping Thailand break two national swimming records. In the 4×200m freestyle relay, the team finished with an impressive time of 7 minutes, 30.83 seconds. Additionally, they set another record in the 4×100m freestyle relay, clocking in at 3 minutes, 21.69 seconds.[1]
