The Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 (15 & 16 Geo. 5. c. 49), sometimes referred to as the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1925,[3] was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

  1. ^ The citation of this Act by this short title was authorised by section 227(1) of this Act. Due to the repeal of that enactment, it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
