Surak (Persian: سورك[a] is a city in the Central District of Miandorud County, Mazandaran province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district.[5] As a village, it was the capital of Kuhdasht Rural District[6][b] until its capital was transferred to the village of Jam Khaneh.[5]
