Dame Susan Dilys Dougan GCMG OBE (née Ryan; born 3 March 1955) is the Governor-General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines since 1 August 2019.[5][6] She is the first woman to hold the office.[7]

She was appointed Dame Grand Cross of the Order of St Michael and St George on 29 January 2020 [8] and was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the Queen's 2010 Birthday Honour List for services to education and to public administration.[9]
