The Sutter Avenue station is a station on the BMT Canarsie Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Van Sinderen and Sutter Avenues at the border of Brownsville and East New York, Brooklyn,^[3] it is served by the L train at all times.^[4] It opened in 1906 and was renovated in 2006.
