Suutei tsai (Mongolian: сүүтэй цай ᠰᠦ᠋ ᠲᠡᠢ
ᠴᠠᠢ
[ˈsuːtʰeː ˈt͡sʰɛː]) is a traditional Mongolian beverage.

The drink is also known as süütei tsai, tsutai tsai, salt tea, or Mongolian salty tea.[1]
