Syrkhavend (Azerbaijani: Sırxavənd) or Nor Ghazanchi (Armenian: Նոր Ղազանչի) is a village located in the Agdam District of Azerbaijan, in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The village had an Azerbaijani majority prior to their expulsion during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War.[2]
